Ordering & Shipping

How long will my jewelry take to ship?

All jewelry is handcrafted to order unless otherwise noted. Most items will ship within 2-3 weeks of when the order is placed. White gold and rose gold can take up to 1 week longer. In stock pieces from the ready to ship section will be packaged up and mailed out within 2-3 business days. If a ring needs to be resized please add 3-5 business days to the processing time. 

How is my order shipped?

All jewelry is shipped domestically via USPS, unless you've chosen a different method at checkout. Please note that the shipping method chosen reflects only the shipping speed and not the production time needed to make the piece. Please see above for our current production turnaround times. International shipments are shipped via UPS. All domestic and international purchases over $300 will require a signature.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! For items under $300 shipping is $45, items $300-$1000 shipping is $60 and for items over $1000 shipping is $75. Please note that the customer is responsible for any fees, taxes or duties due to import in the recipients country. 

Do you resize rings?

Yes, any in stock, ready to ship rings can be resized for free prior to shipping. Please allow 3-4 business days for the sizing to be completed before the ring ships. We can resize a ring to almost any size, if you would like to double check with us prior to ordering please email Lacee@laceealexandra.com with any questions. 

The ring I ordered doesn't fit, can you resize it?

Most simple resizing jobs can be handled by a local jeweler, however we are happy to resize it for you as well. To resize a ring down it is $40 and to size it up it is $50, plus any shipping charges. Please get in contact with us Lacee@laceealexandra.com and we will assist you in your resizing request. 

Do you gift wrap?

Your item(s) will arrive individually packaged in custom Lacee Alexandra packaging ready for gift giving and will include a personal thank you note. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We do work with wholesale accounts. Please email lacee@laceealexandra for our most recent catalog.

Jewelry Care

How do I care for my jewelry?

Please don’t shower, bathe or swim in your Lacee Alexandra pieces. It is recommended that you gently wash your pieces with unscented, clear dish soap or baking soda and a soft toothbrush as desired. This is all you should need to brighten up your silver and gold jewelry while also making your stones sparkle. 

Repairs & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns. We do however offer exchanges issued via a store credit. The item in question must be received back to the Lacee Alexandra office within 10 days in original packaging and condition. If you would like to return an item, please email lacee@laceealexandra.com prior to shipping the item for return and we will reply promptly with instructions. Exchanges will not be processed without contacting us first. The customer is responsible for safe return shipping.

What if my jewelry needs repair or refinishing?

Lacee stands by her product and will repair all jewelry within 1 year of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear by our studio. After 1 year, a small charge will apply for any repairs or refinishing. Please email lacee@laceealexandra.com with your inquiry and we will be happy to tell you how to proceed.

Custom Work

What if I want to alter an existing piece?

If you are interested in customizing an existing piece of jewelry in a different metal, different size, a different chain length, shape or type of stone, or different size, please email lacee@laceealexandra.com with your inquiry.

What if I’d like to design a piece from scratch?
