Ordering & Shipping
How long will my jewelry take to ship?
All jewelry is handcrafted to order unless otherwise noted. Most items will ship within 2-3 weeks or sooner of when the order is placed. In stock pieces from the ready to ship section will be packaged up and mailed out within 2-3 business days. If a ring needs to be resized please add 3-5 business days to the processing time.
How is my order shipped?
All jewelry is shipped via USPS, unless you've chosen a different method at checkout. Purchases over $300 will require a signature.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you gift wrap?
Your item(s) will arrive individually packaged in custom Lacee Alexandra packaging ready for gift giving and will include a personal thank you note. If you would like this note to include a personal message to the recipient, please email firstname.lastname@example.org after you order with your request.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do work with wholesale accounts. Please email lacee@laceealexandra for our most recent catalog.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Please don’t shower, bathe or swim in your Lacee Alexandra pieces. It is recommended that you gently wash your pieces with unscented, clear dish soap or baking soda and a soft toothbrush as desired. This is all you should need to brighten up your silver and gold vermeil jewelry while also making your stones sparkle. Please do not use polishing cloths and dips as they deposit residue onto the metal and can strip the plating off your gold vermeil pieces. Never use any type of chemical on darkened metal or a matte surface as it can change the finish.
Repairs & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns. We do however offer exchanges issued via a store credit. The item in question must be received back to the Lacee Alexandra office within 10 days in original packaging and condition. If you would like to return an item, you MUST send an email with “exchange” in the subject line. We will reply promptly with instructions. Exchanges will not be processed without contacting us first. The customer is responsible for safe return shipping as well as shipping of new items.
What if my jewelry needs repair or refinishing?
Lacee stands by her product and will repair all jewelry within 1 year of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear by our studio. After 1 year, a small charge will apply for any repairs or refinishing. Please email email@example.com with your inquiry and we will be happy to tell you how to proceed.
What if I want to alter an existing piece?
If you are interested in customizing an existing piece of jewelry in a different metal, different size, a different chain length, shape or type of stone, or different size, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry.
